Prison Boss VR is a crafting and trading game using room-scale to turn your VR space into a jail cell! Craft cigarettes, alcohol and cookies for other inmates! Customize your cell as your reputation grows! Earn cash until you can’t store it anymore and become the Prison Boss!


In October 2017, the game has been updated to work with Oculus Rift. The update also introduced new content and some gameplay changes regarding cell searches.

About Trebuchet

Trebuchet is a VR studio based in Montreal, QC. We launched Prison Boss VR last August, which was very well received critically (87% on Steam) and won for the Microsoft Dream.Build.Play. contest in the mixed reality category. By combining our expertise in game design and in virtual reality, we are focused on bringing innovative and unique experiences to VR players.
